ORDER REQUEST MINIMUM

By submitting this form, you understand that your order is NOT confirmed. It is a request. Once I confirm the request, I will be emailing you with the email you have provided. A 100% PAYMENT is due upon booking.

Shipping costs will be added when the order is verified. 

• A 100% NON REFUNDABLE PAYMENT is due upon booking.
• If I do not receive your payment within 24 hours of giving you a quote, your order will be CANCELLED.
• Once your desserts are out of my hands, I am NOT responsible if they get damaged, ruined, etc.
• If your event has been cancelled, you must notify me ONE MONTH beforehand in order for you to refund your 100% payment. If it’s less than a month, we can use your deposit for a future event.
• If your event has changed to a later date, you must at least notify me 2 weeks beforehand so I can better accommodate you.
• If you do not pick up your sweets & do not communicate w/ me, I cannot refund you.

• Shipments are made Monday through Wednesday within the USA only via USPS.
• Any orders placed after 1:00 PM on Wednesday through Sunday will be baked and shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays.
• Johnny’s Dough LLC is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as delivered but subsequently lost. 
• Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations or denied access to the delivery site.
• Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates. Johnny’s Dough LLC is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.

•  Due to the perishable nature of our products and the inability to control how they are transported and stored once delivered to the customer, Johnny’s Dough LLC does not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final.

Cancellations or Modifications

• To cancel or modify an order, please contact us through the contact section of our website. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure a positive experience with Johnny’s Dough LLC.  
• All cancellations must be made a minimum of two business days before the scheduled pick-up or shipping date. Once the preparation of your order has commenced, no changes, modifications, or cancellations can be made.
