About Johnny’s Dough
I’m the baker and designer behind Johnny’s Dough LLC — a Camp Hill, Pennsylvania custom cookie studio where culinary craft meets creative design. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, I turned years of professional kitchen experience into a sweeter path: hand-iced, custom-shaped cookies made for celebrations.
The idea grew slowly. I’d bring cookies and desserts to share with friends at the gym, and they kept telling me, “You need to make a business out of this.” My friend Michael even dreamed up the name Johnny’s Dough.
The real push came when my daughter asked me to design cookie favors for her June 6, 2026 wedding. I created 3.5”-inch hearts for every guest, plus coordinating round cookies for her bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, and a “Brunch with the Newlyweds” cookie the morning after. What started as a gift for her grew into the business my friends had been cheering me toward.
Today, I create custom iced cookies tailored to your theme — hand-mixed icing colors and round, square, heart, star, and rectangle shapes — for baby showers, birthdays, anniversary’s, weddings, and everything in between.
